TJM XGS U-bolts are matched in length to our leaf spring range to accommodate increased spring thickness. This XGS U-bolt is 14 x 62 x 210mm with a forged top drivers side for Toyota Hilux front suspension and should be used when upgrading to TJM leaf springs. We recommend replacing factory fitted U-bolts when new springs are installed. The thread of your vehicle's existing U-bolts thread may have stretched from usage and could work loose with the installation of a new spring pack.
